Support for Users of BringAbout is provided by Decerna in different ways.
As a minimum, Users will have access to a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provided online and periodically updated. A feedback button within BringAbout will allow Users to highlight issues.
In the event that there is a software performance issue, support will be provided directly by Decerna personnel, free of charge, to address the problem as quickly as possible. Should there be technical matters requiring dedicated support from Decerna that are not related to a software performance issue, users will be required to purchase consultancy credits to cover the required level of support.
Users may purchase consultancy credits or be given these without charge via a business support programme. Partners and Others may also choose to offer their own consultancy support to Users.
